J35 / 2322/2014, unique registration code 33679340, as operator (“Operator” or “VPG”). The legal representative of VTP is Virgil Tornoreanu, administrator.
The site is accessible to the general public (“Users”) for information on the company’s products.

Data collected for direct marketing will be processed until the right to unsubscribe is exercised.
8. Rights of the data subject
The data subjects will have the right to request from the Operator, in respect of personal data relating to the data subject, all rights provided by the General Data Protection (GDPR), including their access, rectification or erasure or restriction of processing or right of to oppose processing in accordance with the applicable legislation in the matter. The operator will also ensure the data portability.
When processing is based on the consent of the data subject, the data subject will have the right to withdraw his consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing under consent prior to his / her withdrawal.
The data subject has the right to file a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing or before any competent authority if he / she considers that his personal data rights have been violated.
