Commercial Communications Policy
1. Identity and contact details of the operator
All electronic communications to the e-mail addresses collected via www.voxverticalvillage.ro (the “Site”) or by another method are made by VOX Property Group SRL, based in Calea Aradului nr. 8, 9th floor , SAD 10A, room 1, 300088 Timisoara, Timis County, Romania, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J35 / 1940/2013, unique registration number 32072897, as operator (“Operator” or “VPG”). The legal representative of VPG is Virgil Tornoreanu, administrator.
The site is accessible to: (i) the general public (“Users”) for information on the company’s products; and (ii) Company customers (“Customers”) to display certain information about the properties managed by the Operator.
In addition to the Personal Data Processing Policy (which is generally valid), the Operator undertakes to keep confidential any information regarding Users or Clients.
An operator may disclose such information to affiliated companies, subcontractors and partners with whom they collaborate to carry out their business or marketing activities within the limits of applicable law.
3. Commercial communications
By ticking the box “I agree to be contacted with various offers or updates from Vox Property Group” or “I agree to subscribe to the newsletter” or any similar description, the User or Customer expressly accepts the opportunity to receive by email or via any means of communication similar offers, newsletters and other commercial communications on the Vox Property Group activity and the Vox Vertical Village development stage.
The User or the Client may at any time change the option of agreement to the Operator for commercial communications containing general and thematic information including information on offers or promotions by accessing the unsubscribe link displayed in the commercial communications received from the Operator or by contacting Direct Operator with an express request to do so at [firstname.lastname@example.org] with [Unsubscribe].
4. Transfer to third countries
Some data on direct marketing campaigns may be transferred to third-country empowered persons offering an equivalent level of protection or to the United States of America (only EU-US Privacy Shield companies).
In order to improve the supply of goods and services and the experience of Users and Customers, the Operator may use User and Customers’ data, including data accessing newsletter content, for market research, statistical analysis, and opinion polls. Information obtained from these activities will not be used for advertising purposes.
