The year 2022 has started vigorously and the works on our construction site are continuing at a steady pace. Electrical and sanitary installations were installed on the first three floors of the ten-storey building, together with the carpentry and the windows. The basic works, the cable installations, and the placement of the pipes were completed inside the building and in the basement where the underground parking lot will be. The apartments have also taken shape, along with interior partitioning and completion of cladding with insulation and plasterboard.
In the next period, we will continue with the municipal works, we are preparing the excavations for the outdoor pool and the structure of the cast planters in the indoor atrium. The project will contain elements rich in vegetation, with over 800 trees and shrubs that will be located both on private terraces and in the common interior space.
